Οι υποψηφιότητες των φετινών βραβείων Οscar

Σε μία εξαιρετικά αλλόκοτη χρονιά για τον κινηματογράφο και την τέχνη γενικότερα, η 93η Απονομή των Βραβείων Oscar θα πραγματοποιηθεί με δύο μήνες καθυστέρηση, στις 25 Απριλίου 2021 στο Hollywood από την Αμερικάνικη Ακαδημία Κινηματογραφικών Τεχνών και Επιστημών.

Από τις υποψήφιες ταινίες κυριαρχεί το Mank του David Fincher με 10 υποψηφιότητες συνολικά, μεταξύ των οποίων Καλύτερης Ταινίας, Σκηνοθεσίας, Α’ Ανδρικού (για την ερμηνεία του Gary Oldman) και Β’ Γυναικείου Ρόλου.

Με έξι υποψηφιότητες μεταξύ των οποίων και υποψηφιότητα για Όσκαρ Καλύτερης Ταινίας οι The Father, Judas and the Black Messiah, Minari, Nomadland, Sound of Metal  και The Trial of the Chicago 7, ενώ το Promising Young Woman απέσπασε συνολικά πέντε υποψηφιότητες.
